How blazers should fit?

Second of all, you need to make sure there isn't too much material lying around your shoulder. With no exception, the seam should end right at the end of your shoulders. Don't compromise here. And finally, make sure that the sleeves end 1-1,5 cm above your wrist so that your formal shirt is a little exposed.
