MyAccount -All you have to do is to create a MyAccount. It's free, and you'll get a 10% discount on your 1st purchase online. You can create a MyAccount by downloading our app, or go tojackjones.com. With a MyAccount, you automatically become a member, and you'll automatically be subscribed to our newsletter. You can adjust or cancel your membership or subscription at any time on your MyAccount. On your MyAccount, you can find your member-ID, point balance and reward-vouchers. On your MyAccount, you can also find all your order details, receipts and returns.

When you've collected 100 points, you'll receive a reward voucher with a value of 5 €. Your reward vouchers will be visible on your MyAccount after 5 days & can be redeemed in-store or online. To redeem a reward voucher in-store, ask a member of our staff to scan your member ID first, then your reward voucher. To redeem a reward voucher online, apply the voucher code at checkout. The value of the reward voucher is applied evenly across the items in your order. If you return an item, you'll be refunded the amount paid for that item. The corresponding points will be deducted from your balance. Reward vouchers are not reissued in the event of a return or exchange. Exchanges are available in-store only. Reward vouchers are valid for 6 months.
