TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING

This competition is arranged and carried out by JACK & JONES and JJXX, who are a part of BESTSELLER A/S, Fredskovvej 1, 7330 Brande, Denmark.

All information regarding participation in the competition is part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering the competition, you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions – failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in disqualification.
The competition runs in the period 10.07.2025-20.07.2025

The competition is open to persons over the age of 18. If you are below the age of 18, you must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian to be able to participate in this competition. Employees of BESTSELLER, associated companies, and members of their households cannot participate in the competition.

How to participate

To participate in the competition, you must either be a member of or sign up to JACK & JONES’ customer club within the contest period: ‘[10.07.2025]’ to ‘[20.07.2025]’. Hereby you agree to receive marketing in accordance with the Customer Club Terms & Conditions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To spin the wheel, you must enter your email address. If you are already a member of the club, you participate by entering the email you have used when signing up for the club.
You can spin the wheel once a day within the contest period.

Prizes

The prizes consist of 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 loyalty points.
You can win a maximum of 1000 points during the contest period.

Picking the winners

Prizes are drawn at random via computerized lottery. There is a 99% chance to win one of the five prizes. Points won during the contest period will be added to your &Club MyAccount no later than 7 days after the campaign ends.

The use of personal data

BESTSELLER A/S, Fredskovvej 1, 7330 Brande, Denmark (“BESTSELLER”) is the data controller with respect to personal data collected in relation to the competition. Aside from the purposes stated in the terms and conditions of the customer club, the winner’s e-mail address will only be used to provide the winners with the prize(s). The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, cf. GDPR article 6 (1) (a), which you are at any time able to withdraw by contacting us.
Personal data collected from you as part of this competition will be deleted once the competition is finalized, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions; however, personal data related to your membership of our customer club is kept as part of your Customer Club profile. You always have the right to access the personal data that we process about you, including requesting the data be rectified, blocked, or deleted. You can also object to the processing or exercise your right to data portability. You can exercise your rights here. If you wish to complain about the handling of your personal data, you can file a complaint with the data protection authorities.
