Care guide | Jack & Jones

Our A/BETTER WORLD promise does not end when our clothes leave our shelves and head onto yours.

That is because how our products are looked after during their lifetime can make a pretty big difference to their impact on the planet. Washing less (and better) saves energy and water, while fixing an item can see it worn for longer, stretching the resources used to make it even further.

As a team of textile experts and denim nerds, we have become pretty clued up in clothing care over the years. Whether it is the lowest impact ways to wash jeans, or how to kick the creases in our cotton tees (no iron needed) we wanted to share what we have learned. So, here is our handy guide to help get the most out of your JACK & JONES items, minimizing your (and our) impact on the environment as you go.

We believe in keeping our clothes in the system for longer, which is why every JACK & JONES item is made to be worn time and time again. We put quality at the core of what we do, which is why in 2012 we set up The Lab – our in-house textile laboratory that we use to test new fabrics, developments and designs to make sure all the clothes we make are built to last.

By extending the life of existing items, we want to ensure that the resources that went into making them are put to good use, while reducing the extra ones we need to care for them too.
